To choose leaders for your children ministry, the church pastor and the church should observe people in their church who are suitable for this role and select a few from them. To select others for helping in the children ministry along with the church, the selected children ministry leaders will be helpful.

So, knowing that He is the one who created everything, do great things for God, the church and all people. Do your best, taking good decisions as God is going to do great things through you. Every child should know their creator, believing Him, standing firmly in Him, growing in the Word of God and with the help of the Holy Spirit living great and valuable lives. Without leaving out even one child we should help each child to grow in the love of Jesus. So, being responsible, let us do God's will. Pray for your plan regularly. In the same way let the church know that they have to keep praying for the children ministry continuously.

If you want to make children ministry more effectively, start with a plan whether it's a big church or a small church. Make a plan that you may reach all the children successfully. Equip volunteers. Prepare and supply teaching materials for teaching staff and prepare a convenient place to conduct Children’s program.

When you are writing a strategic plan for children ministry, you need to have a vision from God through prayer. Jesus said "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation." So, with all your strength you have to go forward to do God's work. We do not know How long we live on this earth, But certainly,one day we are going to meet our Lord and saviour Jesus Christ. So, when we go to heaven, Jesus should appreciate you and me saying, "Well done! My good and faithful servant". In this children ministry you have to strive to build a strong faith in children which is our goal. God, the creator of this world came to the earth to save all people, He shed all His blood on the Cross of Calvary for us and rose again on the third day. The Lord Jesus loved us so much. We also should have the same love, compassion and commitment towards each other. We have to work with a loving heart towards God and people. Respect each and every one, taking everyone's suggestions. Finally, looking into everything, choose the best.
What is our primary Goal ?
The primary goal of Christian education for the church and all the people is to grow in Jesus, working towards forming a good Society. This includes pastor's experience, opinions of God's servants and the church with a vision. We have to think about how to do children ministry. This year we have only 20 members in our church, then how can the church be developed? Today we may have only one church, but later how can we build new churches in new places to serve God more and save people? When the congregation in our church increases, we have to plan to help them grow strong spiritually in the Lord.

What is the state of our church and how is our church's condition? Is everyone in church saved? Are they strong spiritually or weak? Is everyone in church praying spiritually?Are everyone coming to church for worship services, prayer meetings and gospel meetings regularly? Pray and make a plan to develop the church.
Also pray for the people living around the church in that area. We have to know about them, what are their situations and what do they think about others? Do they know Jesus or not? Take all these things into consideration and pray for them. Do not talk about their gods or goddesses they worship, but tell them about the love of Jesus and give them a Gospel tract. Lead the children into the church and to God. And also try to lead the children who are outside the church in the right way. Pray about every family in your area. We have to welcome every child that is willing to come to church from these families.

When we commit ourselves to serve God and when we are working for Him, we have to submit our body, soul and Spirit to God as a living sacrifice. Study about your strengths and weaknesses. In the children ministry you have to see where you are suitable and strive to use your talents prayerfully for God. Some people can sing well, some are good at doing actions for songs, some are good in teaching lessons with gestures, some are good in getting many people to church, some pray well, some can clean the surroundings well, some people are good in preparing food. Without any differences do whatever work you can do together in unity as we all are members of the same body of Christ Jesus and with the help of the Holy Spirit do it without any shortage of strength? Do God's work with determination as you are doing it for God but not for men.
